New Ladies Training Programs – Class of 2024 & 2025

Join the TRU TRIBE Team so we can train together, learn together and grow together!

Who is this program for?  

  • Any woman, especially aging woman over 50, who wants to train for a race under the guidance and support of a fun coach (so my peeps say 🥰)
  • Any woman who wants to get out of her comfort zone and try something new like: trail running, night trail running, ultra running.
  • Any woman who wants to learn how to run without getting injured
  • Any woman who wants learn how to train for an event and make running part of their regular fitness routine
  • Any woman who wants to be part of an amazing, supportive group of like minded women (Click here to check out Member Spotlights. Many of these ladies are in the TRU TRIBE Team and have crossed finish lines they never thought possible with one of these programs!)

The races below are official races the TRU TRIBE team is training for. You can either join us for these, or sign up to train for your own race. Either way you will have a community of women (and a cool Coach 🤣) to hang out with, learn with, train with (virtually) and grow with.

Winter/Spring of 2025

Black Canyon 50K on 2/9/25: This used to be a 60K. I don’t see aid station cutoffs but looks like 12 hours total now which allows for more time than the 60K.
10/20 is the start of a 16 week program
11/17 is the start of a 12 week program

Copper Corridor on 2/22/25: 31K, 17K and 12K. This is a beautiful course and great for a first trail race.
11/2 is the start of a 16 week program
11/30 is the start of a 12 week program
12/28 is the start of an 8 week program

Moab Run The Rocks from 3/7-3/9: Full Pint (53.6 Miles) and Half Pint (33.1) sold out
11/15
is the start of a 16 week program
12/13 is the start of a 12 week program

Elden Crest 38 on 5/9-5/10: 38 miler. This is a great ultra for a longest distance and has generous cutoffs:
12/20 is the start of a 20 week program
1/17 is the start of a 16 week program

I offer two training options: DIY (on your own) or Plus (Group Coaching). You can join us monthly (pick the races and train with us for that time period) or join us for a year so you can get the most bang for your buck and build a consistent walking and running routine for life!
