This is probably where most of my clients started. Easiest and least scary thing to do is just to email me with your questions. Of course you can also text/call me or even facebook message me. This the most popular comment that comes through my emails. Running shouldn’t hurt and if it does, more than likely it has to do with poor running form (most people assume you can just put one foot in front of the other but if it were that easy, there wouldn’t be so many injured runners).
If this is you, there are several ways to get started. Keep in mind that in a class/workshop atmosphere you are sharing me with other people (and meeting other people that are in your exact position so you’ll be making new friends!) while in one on one coaching you get me all to yourself.

✔︎ Can I just have you to myself?
One of the most common questions I get is what’s the difference of working with you privately vs. taking a class or workshop. There are pros and cons to each. With one on one coaching, you get me all to yourself and I can focus just on you. Private coaching tends to be a bit more expensive but we work at your pace; your chosen location, date and time; and the training is customized to YOU. Classes/workshops/group training classes are less expensive and you get to meet other people that are in your same shoes (make new friends!). You are also sharing me with other people so you won’t get as much one on one attention.
Prices below are when you come to me off Baseline/Kyrene in Tempe. I charge extra to drive to you.

ChiRunning/ChiWalking are meant to be an ongoing learning process. If you’ve taken the 4-hour workshop from me already, you are considered an Alumni. You can deepen your running/walking practice by taking:

- One On One sessions (see below)
- Weekly Workouts
- Training for an Event or Muscle Memory Training (Alumni only)
