TRU TRIBE Team: Guest Speakers

I love to have guest speakers share their expertise in my TRU TRIBE Team.  My goal is to have one on a monthly basis.  I record the 30 minutes conversations for replay later in case they can’t make it. This is another perk for being a member.

Here is the list of guest speakers we’ve had so far:

  • September 2019: Anna Sparks on Heart Rate Training
  • October 2019: Katherine Dreyer on Aging Gracefully (we made this one public!)
