7:45-8am Mini Hiking/Running Technique Session with Coach Lisa
8-9:15am 4 Mile Run/Hike: All levels are welcome!
9:15-9:30am Mini Strength Session with Coach Brittany
9:30-10am Socializing with Raffle + Refreshments
